Veg Paneer Salad

Ingredients


  • 200g Dairy Valley Paneer

  • 2 carrots

  • 2 onions

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 handfuls lettuce leaves

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 2 handfuls coriander leaves

  • 1 cup black grapes

  • 1 tsp black pepper

Preparation


Step 1

Chop all of the vegetables (carrots, onions, cucumbers, and tomatoes) and lettuce leaves, dice the black grapes and mix everything in a mixing bowl. Add crumbled or cubed Dairy Valley Paneer to the mixing bowl.

Step 2

Season the salad with salt and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to ensure that the seasoning is evenly distributed.

Step 3

Garnish the salad with coriander leaves and a dash of lime juice before serving.
