Coming from a long line of hoteliers, Dairy Valley founder and visionary, Bipen Sharma, is a maverick entrepreneur in every sense. He spent over 2 decades mastering his skills as a chef in Australia before starting his highly successful food business in 1999, Sharma’s Kitchen. Bipen is currently overseeing the rapid expansion of the Dairy Valley business into new international markets.
As a true visionary, Bipen is constantly thinking of authentic new flavours and the next product line. For this founder, Dairy is in his DNA.

Umesh Sharma
Umesh is the proverbial rock and partner that every visionary needs. As a dedicated mum and wife, Umesh is the glue that brings a family-run business, even closer together, often using her considerable people skills to coach, guide, and nurture talents across the company. Nothing makes her happier than to see people fulfilling their true potential. When she isn’t heading operations in Australia, Umesh can be seen practising yoga or listening to music.

Akaash Sharma
Aakash believes the recipe for Dairy Valley’s success lies with an eye for the finest ingredients and a willingness to never compromise on quality, two abiding principles he learned from seeing his father and role model, who turned a local restaurant business into a global food empire. Today, Aakash brings his considerable distribution expertise to the manufacturing side, helping to manage the next stage of the company’s evolution with an increased focus on upgrading systems to meet the growing demands of a global market.

Tanisha Sharma
As the other half of a dynamic sibling partnership, Tanisha’s love for Dairy Valley has long been embedded as a child, waiting for her father to bring home her favourite treat in the whole wide world, Mango Lassi. These days, Tanisha has more than Lassi on her mind as she divides her time between planning and production on a global scale. Tanisha plays a vital role in the company’s strategic direction and growth.
