Dahi Papad Chaat

Ingredients


Step 1
Whip the Dairy Valley Yoghurt in a bowl until it is smooth. Mix the salt and sugar into the yoghurt.

Step 2
Arrange the chaat on a platter with papdis and potatoes. Take a plate and place the papdis on it. Peel and cut the parboiled potatoes into cubes. Once the papdi is arranged, top-up with some chopped potatoes. Now add the moong beans to finish. Add the green chutney and tamarind chutney on top. You can also add more, as per your taste.

Step 3
Sprinkle all the masalas and top up with whisked Dairy Valley Yoghurt. Sprinkle chaat masala powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Drizzle the yoghurt on top, then drizzle with any remaining chutney. Garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

  • 2½ cups of Dairy Valley Yoghurt

  • 3 teaspoons sweet tamarind sauce

  • 5 teaspoons chaat masala powder

  • 2½ teaspoons sugar

  • 3¼ tablespoons green chutney

  • 30 papdi

  • 5 teaspoons cumin powder

  • 2½ teaspoons red chilli powder

  • Salt as required

  • 5 teaspoons coriander leaves

  • 7½ parboiled potatoes

  • 1¼ cup mung bean
